Mat

Mat Pilates is a form of Pilates performed using a mat and small props (like resistance bands, rings or balls). It focuses on building core strength, joint mobility, stability, flexibility and overall body control.

Reformer

Reformer Pilates is a type of Pilates performed on a machine called the Reformer, which uses springs and a moving carriage to provide resistance-based, full-body workouts. It is designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination in a controlled and low-impact way.
